Building Better Workplaces

What does this look like?
It's workplaces where we value our diverse mix of strengths. A place where each teammate knows they matter, can grow, and seize opportunities, and can speak freely to share and learn from different views. And a place that offers programs that can meet your unique needs.

Building Better Customer Experiences

We do this by understanding the diverse needs and preferences of a wide range of customer segments to create an inclusive shopping experience that builds loyalty and drives growth.

Building Better Communities

This isn’t just about moving the business forward; it’s about creating positive change and living our purpose—a family nurturing families. We do this by supporting marginalized groups through community investment and sustainability initiatives. For example, we are strengthening relationships with Indigenous communities and advancing organization-wide Reconciliation efforts through leadership actions, hiring practices, supplier partnerships and community relations. We completed Phase 2 of the Indigenous Accreditation certification in F24 and are the only retailer and the largest corporation to pursue the certification.
