Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council
As part of our Company's commitment toward building an inclusive workplace, a DE&I Council was established in 2019. With a mandate to provide strategic input and recommendations, and to champion ongoing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, the Council continues to put their passion for inclusion to work. Now, led by the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair, Yves Bélanger, members discuss the historical and present state of diversity, equity, and inclusion, key priorities, and specific initiatives to advance DE&I within the company.
